BODYBLAST -WEDNESDAY 6AM
Body Blast is a class where we combine bodyweight exercises but also can add in dumbells and resistance bands, its a full body workout class that increases stamina and endurance, builds strength, increases energy levels and is a great calorie burner.
This class also is good for all abilities wirh lots of regressions and progressions available.
Pilates- Thursday 7.30pm
Pilates is a class that works on posture, alignment, core strength, flexibility , it is low impact and we concentrate on the six joseph pilates principles, concentration, control, centre, flow , precision and breathing , this is a beginners pilates class, progressing each work, i offer lots of regressions and progressions throughout .
Zoom Classes can be booked and payed for the month via my wix app.
Pilates is £8 and all other classes are £6
